Chad Burnham, DPT, FAFS, CSCS, owner and physical therapist at ProForm Physical Therapy, will give us perspective on how to manage prevention and recovery through health events, and give us insight on how to plan out meals that provide the proper nutrition with foods that boost immunity.

Dr. Jeaniene Donovan, owner and chiropractor of JD Chiropractic, will explore the relationship between viral infections and the nervous system and how our bodies can benefit from holistic healthcare to promote healing.
