Job Description:
Help maintain a current base of income tax and financial planning clients who will value your organizational skills, input, and guidance.
- Training in “new school” income tax preparation through use of tax software and latest technology.
- Work in marketing, social media, and all forms digital in promoting the tax and financial planning practice.
- Develop and help maintain your own base of clients.
- Base pay + potential bonus and/or commissions
Qualifications:
- Reputable, trustworthy, and ethical
- Strong work ethic; Is a self-starter and self-motivator, goal oriented
- Seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity
- Strong listening and communication skills; Coachable, committed to personal growth
- Passion for Client Services; Strong desire to help others become educated about their money
- Driven to build and expand personal network to cultivate relationships
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office products and other technology advances
- Four Year Bachelor’s degree
- Three to Five Years work experience
- Previous income tax experience not required but is beneficial
